Richard: the one who tells it like it is

Richard ↗ runs Kinetik over WhatsApp, sends voice messages, switches languages, and gets pinged the moment there's a reply — which, for someone juggling content on the go, made the whole thing feel less like a tool and more like a conversation. He told us it worked better for brainstorming than a regular chat app.

He also told us what he wanted more clarity on — and we're including it because a program built on real feedback should show the parts that aren't a highlight reel.
