The parts of Kinetik these creators didn't know they had

Real feedback, real answers
Real feedback, real answers

Three creators asked for more. Here's what was already there.

The first two parts of this series were about creators who got something right on the first try, and creators who kept coming back. This one is about the creators who told us, plainly, what they wanted to see more of. We’re glad they did — the most useful feedback isn’t the kind that only says nice things, it’s the kind specific enough to act on. And when we looked into what these three asked for, most of it turned out to already be there.

This is the third batch of voices from the Creator Program ↗.

100+ creators have already joined in, and their feedback — glowing and specific alike — keeps shaping what we build next.

Here's exactly what they wanted more of — and what we found when we looked.

Hannah: the one who asked us to ask for more

Hannah ↗ noticed something true and specific: performance signals like saves and shares aren't publicly visible, so any content read that skips them is working with half the picture.

"I really liked that they also pulled data from trial reels, but of course other factors like saves, shares etc are always neglected bc they can't publicly access it. So maybe depending on the prompt, building a curiosity to ask for those insight screenshots would be cool, especially when it's about social strategy."

This one's simpler than it sounds. Paste in a screenshot of your own Insights — saves, shares, reach, whatever you've got — and Kinetik reads it and factors it straight into the strategy. It won't go digging for your private numbers on its own (for good reason), but hand it the screenshot and it uses it like any other input. Hannah's instinct was exactly right; we just need to make sure creators know to actually share that data.

Priscilla: the one who proved personalization actually works

Priscilla ↗ came in expecting the generic version of AI feedback — post more, be consistent, find your niche. What she got instead was an account read that picked up specifically what she was already doing well and where she could improve, then turned that into ideas she could actually test.

"What I've liked most about Kinetik so far is that the feedback didn't feel generic. It actually looked at my Instagram, picked up on the things I'm already doing well, the areas where I could improve, and then gave me ideas for how to make better use of both. Kinetik helped me see my profile a little more clearly and gave me practical ideas I can actually test, instead of just telling me what I 'should' be doing. I also liked that the suggestions felt connected to my own content and not like advice that could have been given to any creator."

That's not something we need to fix — it's the feature working exactly as designed. Worth saying out loud in an article about "what needs to improve": personalization isn't a promise here, it's the baseline.

Twinkle: the one who wanted Kinetik to do its own homework

Twinkle ↗ rated her experience 7/10 — she liked the voice-note feature and caption generation, but noticed that content planning could feel generic, and that she had to feed Kinetik most of the detail herself instead of it finding things on its own. She also wanted the script flow to sound more like something she'd naturally say on camera.

"What I liked the most was the voice note feature. I found it really convenient to be able to explain my content idea naturally instead of having to type everything out. I also liked the caption generation. The content planning was helpful to some extent, but I did find the suggestions sometimes quite generic, and I still had to provide a lot of details myself. One thing I noticed is that Kinetik doesn't seem to search for additional information on its own... The other area I'd love to see improved is the script flow. It does provide a script, but even when I specifically ask for a natural or smooth flow, the points can still feel a little disconnected rather than sounding like something I would naturally say in a Reel."

Fair critique, and mostly a case of asking the right way. Kinetik can actually go and do the homework — read your account for what's already performing, pull current trends in your niche, research a topic before writing — you just have to ask it to. And a script that feels disconnected is usually a sign it wasn't told to sound like you: ask Kinetik to write in your own voice, based on how you actually talk in your own captions and videos, instead of a generic script structure, and the flow gets noticeably more natural. Twinkle's instinct wasn't wrong — it just wasn't obvious that both of these were already an option, which is exactly why we're saying it here.

Real feedback. Real answers. That's the whole point.

These three didn't hold back, and neither did we. Every piece of feedback here got a straight answer — not a defense, just what's actually possible. That's the deal with the Creator Program: honest feedback in, honest answers back, and both sides come out of it a little sharper.

Kinetik's Creator Program ↗ is open. Tell us what you'd want to see more of. There's a decent chance we can already show you, in the same conversation.
